The Erasmus Study Call 2025-2026 is now available.

Application period

  • Opening: 21 November 2024
  • Closing date: 19 December 2024 at 13.00

You can submit your application for the call Erasmus for study 2025-2026 exclusively online, by authenticating yourself with your MyUniTO credentials and selecting ‘Erasmus application for study’ from the "Enrolment ’ menu.

Follow the instructions to use the online procedure.

The Call for Applications and its attachments are available on the University portal under the page "Bando Erasmus+ per studio" (italian version oly) .

The Erasmus Study Call 2024-2025 is now available.

The application is only available online by logging into the MyUniTO personal area and selecting "Domanda Erasmus per Studio" from the "Iscrizioni" menu.

You can apply for the Call until Thursday, December 21st, 2023 at 1 pm.

The final ranking  of the Erasmus call for Studies 2024-25 for the School of Management and Economics. is available on the University portal.

If your status is “Assegnato” , that means you are a winner, you must accept the assigned destination within 5 calendar days starting from the date of publication of the final ranking All the instructions at this page, section “Graduatorie definitive e scadenze per accettazione mobilità”. 


In case you do not have a language certificate (See cases 2 and 3 provided in the Call for Applications) you can request an interview and obtain a SAC certificate to attach to your application.

The call for Erasmus+ Study a.y. 2023-2024 is now available.

The call for applications is addressed to students who wish to spend a period of international student mobility during their academic career.

Applications can only be submitted online, by logging in with your MyUniTO credentials and selecting "Erasmus application for study" from the "Enrolment" menu. In this call there are also extra European destinations, moreover it is possible to select only two destinations (if the destinations refer to two different linguistic areas it will be necessary to attach two certificates or two language certifications).

If you don't have a linguistic certificate or attestation  (Case 2 and 3 of the Call Linguistic requirements) you can request an appointment for an interview at the Linguistic Center SAC. You will be able to add in the application the SAC certificate.

The meeting is open to all third-year students of the Bachelor's degree programs in Management dell'Informazione e della Comunicazione Aziendale and  Business & Management , as well as second-year students of the Master's degree program in Business Administration.

⚠️ The meeting will be recorded: For data processing purposes, those with their webcams on will need to sign a release form for the PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679. We therefore recommend turning off your webcam. Otherwise, signed consent will be required for the video recording to be published.

Second year Business Administration students interested in doing an internship abroad are invited to read the Erasmus Traineeship Call 2023 carefully and then come to the Erasmus meeting on October 26th at 5.30 p.m.

The deadline for submitting applications has been extended to November 22th at 1.00 p.m.

Students interested in the Erasmus call have to:

> Apply via a Google form

> Candidates must attach the following documents to their application form:

1) documentation proving their level of language equivalent to CEFR B2 (See art. ART. 1.2 – PARTICIPATION CRITERIA points a, b, c, d).

Please note: if candidates do not have a certificate proving adequate knowledge of French/Spanish/German, they can have an interview at SAC before submitting their application.

  2. Hand in paper application form at the Interuniversity Relations office.

1st year students are required to present a language certificate proving that they possess a B2 level for French, Spanish and German-speaking countries ( valid International certificate, SAC certificate or CLA certificate) if needed, together with self-certification from MyUnito listing the final graduation grade. English certificate not required.

Double Degree Program 2025-2026: interviews results

Publication of the results of interviews for the double degree program 2025-2026.

Winning students (assigned) in the first Erasmus ranking must accept or decline the mobility via online procedure within 5 calendar days from the publication of the ranking. Those who do not sign the acceptance of Erasmus mobility within the established deadlines will be automatically excluded from the rankings as default renouncers for Erasmus mobility for the study year 2025-2026.
