Course objectives

Defining the content of a Business Model Canvas, from both a theoretical and practial point of view.

Taking the notions learned in the first part of the course and applying them to a practical business case, working in groups on a oral presentation via PowerPoint.

Students will be able to evaluate Business Cases using the Business Model Canvas. They will also have a better understanding of the competitive markets Business Plans, with a strong focus on Customer Value and Value Proposition

12:30 - 14:15: Value Proposition 
14:45 - 16:30: The Moat
By the end of the day we expect students to form their teams. Each team will then come up with a preliminary idea of their presentation case. 
 
Saturday: 
9.00 - 10.45: Customer Lifetime Value
11.00 - 12.45: Customer Acquisition Cost
12.45-13:45: Project Selection (Each team will present their project ideas and with the help of the teacher they will agree on a definitive business case to work on for the presentation)
 
 
Monday:
9.00-11.30: Cash Flow projections 
12.00-14:30 Valuation 
 
 
Tuesday: Individual sessions with each team
