Course objectives
The aim of the International Management course is to provide students with the tools and the knowlegde to understand how firms cope with international pressures and issues throughout global and complex supply chains. The course will offer innovative ideas on the management strategies to compete internationally. Case studies and fresh theoretical perspectives around stakeholder theory, CSR, HR Management and leadership will guide the students in a journey across borders and cultures to effectively manage grand gloabal challenges.
