Notice is hereby given that with D.L. of August 6th, 2021, n. 111 "Misure urgenti per l'esercizio in sicurezza delle attività scolastiche, universitarie, sociali e in materia di trasporti" new measures have been adopted to prevent infection by SARS-CoV-2, in addition to the already existing ones (QR code access registration).

In particular, in the University area, the following measures referred to in the Circolare del Ministero dell'Università e della Ricerca of August 7, 2021 should be noted:

• starting from September 1, 2021 and until December 31, 2021, all university staff, both teaching and technical-administrative, must possess and exhibit the COVID-19 Green Pass;
• failure to comply with these obligations will result in the staff member being considered unexcused absent. After the fifth day of absence, taking into account the characteristics and specific nature of the work performed by teaching staff, on the one hand, and technical-administrative staff, on the other, the employment relationship will be suspended and no pay or other remuneration will be due;
• starting from September 1, 2021 and until December 31, 2021, university students must also possess the COVID-19 Green Pass for participation in teaching and curricular activities in person;
• the obligation to possess the COVID-19 Green Pass does not apply to teaching and administrative staff, as well as students, exempt from the vaccination campaign on the basis of a proper medical certification issued according to the criteria defined by the circular of the Ministero della Salute.
  
  

For the application of the aforementioned provisions, subsequent operational indications will follow, also on the basis of the DPCM provided for by DL 111 of August 6, 2021.
